There are two parks
Millers Lodge (Privately owned)
Los Tres Padres (State Park)
Start at Los Tres Padres designated swimming hole and hike about an hour or two (depending on how fast you walk) and you will find the area in this video
Just a little bit further on the right youll see a tree where the mountain opens and a hop and skip away in there is a waterfall

No this is in the Arroyo Seco river that runs threw Los Padres National Forest near a city called Greenfield California.
