  • No, he's essentially stripped away all the melody here. This doesn't work at all. Disappointing, Eno is hit and miss imo.

  • It all depends on your taste in music. For some this works, for others they appreciate more the original and Nirvana versions. When it comes to Eno I think he's like Ben Liebrand with remixes, some sound great and others not so much. Usually I like mixes that stay true to the original but every now and then you get one that makes the exception, like this one for me, that's just my taste in music.

  • Wow! I never heard this before. Was it a hard to find single?

  • Not too hard actually, I think I bought the single on Amazon, but I know they have some copies on musicstack. I actually like this version best.

  • linda musica.

  • not bad

  • @casteldisangro89 Sorry but i think this version it's wonderful. I'd like more Bowie remixes like this is a full Eno style.

That is the point. This is melodic minimalism. This is remix based on vocal, not melody :)

  • @casteldisangro89 you are complete dumbass.

  • @casteldisangro89 You have to add the melody yourself.

  • @casteldisangro89 You just have to add the melody yourself. I find it catchy.

  • Really amazing version. What a brilliant and emotional mix!

  • This is so great... ! By the way, this doesn't sound like a live version?

  • @casteldisangro89 He's doing just the opposite, the melody is retained almost completely. It is the harmony which is stripped back to emphasise the interplay between vocals, bass, and percussion.
