  • @bcasey25raptor ya just 4runner said with 2 card readers 1 can be used for readyboost. It's way easier to use then xp and 2gb of ram runs GREAT with vista. 7 is a little over the AA1's capacity. It wasnt even designed for Vista. I have an aspire one d250 and it runs great with vista, even with the original 1gb.

  • with windows 7 you can i have ultimate and aero works great

  • windows 7 ultimate is on my acer aspire one d150 with 2gb ram and an intel atom n270 1.6ghz processor it works great even faster than xp

why would you put windows vista on one it would run like shit

  • Vista SP2 is a pretty stable system and I really like it over xp because I do get better performance. This computer also has two card slots so you can fill one with an sd card and use it as a readyboost drive which helps.

  • your camera sucks dude, really bad, or is it the lighting in the room

  • I have Vista ultimate on my aspire one but its really glitchy and ever since my touchpad has not been able to work.

  • because it less space on it i have 122 more gb see the differences???

  • SSD is a helluva lot faster though!

  • i have the xp version on my acer it 1gb of ram 120 hdd way better the the acer with 8gb ssd that sucks

  • a vlited copy runs flawless on an aspire one AOA150... had to work a little magic with the drivers (since i have vista black), but its about as fast as when it had xp. i would have installed xp instead but i kept getting an 0x0000007b stop error... so i had to bite the bullet and try it out. i think im gonna keep it this way, the computer is more than able to handle my vlited vista, im sure a full blown home premium wouldnt be a problem.
