This is a behind the scenes look at the custom "Exeter Armor Iron Man" suit made only from cardboard and duct tape. Please let us know what you think !

Everything is made from duct tape and cardboard, with few electronic accessories. This is made part for our Halloween 2010.

  • Wow thats awsome, have you tried pepakura ?

  • @HunterMachinima1 No, I've yet to fully invest the time and preparation for Pep Files. What both Alex & I enjoy doing the most when during the costume-making process is using the most household and basic materials. While neither of us would disagree with the accuracy or awesomeness that is complete Iron Man Pep Design's, we like using cardboard and duct tape overall. Nothing is off limits, easily repairable, durable and fun. Produces amazing results if done properly and patiently.

  • awesome costume !!!
