The Committee for the Creation of a Vibrant Nation has come to a conclusion: A place with everything is what they need.
Derek, the Chairman of the committee, is out on a quest to look for the Lady of Soul. Between an arts activist, a communist and a mamasan, who has the answer to the nation's search for soul?
