Brilliant!! I might just be inspired to haul out the old fiddle and have another go at it, having convinced myself years ago that proper fiddling was all done with smoke and mirrors and, besides, whenever the dog sees mine, she hides under the bed.

this is such a great way to teach/learn new fiddle songs. my old teacher dan lapp used to do it like this. i'm going to get my fiddle and try this one out. thanks!

I play two parts. There is a third part popular in Texas and I recorded that part as on "Trip to the Moon", a recording with Footloose, A North Carolina based dance band.
