  • anyone know how to set the aircraft to follow the gps path that you set before the flight?

i know how to do it on the 747 and the 737 but i cant figure it out on the a321

    help!

  • Setting your flight plan? or just click GPS.

  • what kind A321 is the default? I mean -100/-200?

  • Default as the plane already existed when you got your FSX. Not any payware.

  • I can't figure out how to get the thing to automatically descend :\

  • You cannot figure out how to manage descending automatically on default FSX, because there is absolutely NO WAY you can manage that.

On default FSX, there is ONLY ONE WAY that the plane does autoland, IF the plane is 1. flying on the ILS line 2. ATT about 2600ft above the runway at the point of entering into the ILS zone.

  • The "beep sound" is morse code for the ILS. you should verify when you hear it(it is repetitive) that it is the right signal

  • This helps only if you have the basic understanding for ILS landing.

  • Can you show me how to do the same thing but with a cessna 172 sp?

  • idk how to change the digits before the decimal of the ils code in an a321.please help!!

  • Fly the Monsoon Approach Mission... Go to Maps... Go to the runway you r told to land on click it look for the ILS Frequency... Set Nav1 standby to the frequency... fly to the final altitude. using the primary nav then switch over when ur approaching.... when the ILS arrows on the PFD start moving click APP (Aproach Hold) THis will fly you to about 20 ft over the runway... Desingage the APP and Autopilot and gently touch down... It works for the Boeing 747 and is about the same for others......

  • @ArticMuse i probably wouldnt be playing if there wernt any addons like airsimmer or wilco just an example

  • Default A321 in FSX is so unrealistic. In real airbus you use the FMCDU to set ils, vor, etc frequency for approach, or you can just program from the database. I don't understand why microsoft never bother to make the aircraft realistic just as they did with the scenery.

  • This is surprising, I thought all aircraft in FSX were only Cat 1 so I disengage the autopilot at 200' AGL. I find the default airbus is too twitchy so I bought the Wilco Airbus fleet Vol 1, now that's a program to get your Airbus fix properly.

  • Hey i did not understand i now how to do an ILS landing with a boeing 737 and boeing 747 but not with the airbus i have only one small problem with the airbus how did you change the frequency code in the radio bar i cant do that in my airbus..!!!

  • @bryanyeung722 hhmm maybe set the correct speed and then activate AUTO-THROTTLE and speed hold???
