Or when I don't have the fucking choice of regular customer service and there's all irrelevant options. Then it can't find my fucking information. It won't connect me automatically with a fucking customer service representative like the other credit card companies.

If anyone owns a GM car with OnStar, you get to talk to a real person. You can talk to them about anything from directions to just shooting the sh*t. It's a great service.
