the group had been around for about 20 years before they broke up in the early 00's. shes put out a few solo cds as well as vocalists on a few others as well, she still tours but on a much smaller scale, which jsut enhances that VOICE even more

Ah........Johnette, just amazing and struggled her entire career. Then when she nails a raqdio hit in "Joey" those idiots; 4 Non Blondes sweep everything with that crap they wrote at the same time. Not to mention the no talent Ga' Ga's of today achieving super stardom overnight for the puke that they spew . Yes, Johnette we love you and respect your amazing singing/song writing talent s and your GOD given pure raw emotion. Wanna see it in action? look at her face at 3:35, simply killer.

Man! I know this is a leonard cohen song, but Johnnette just OWNED it, with this rendition. The best rendition of it I ever heard. This band never got the acclaim it deserved. When I listen to their old cd`s, there just awsome. Great Talents!!!
