@supervanscott ,,,, Please tell me what is "normal"? could it have something to do with majority. I just got out of hospital 2 days ago so forgive my late reply. My case is real and I don't mind discussing it. I kinda see it as my spirit is hurt but I know the reasons why but help seems difficult. It comes down to life experience not a physical aliment.

@tkathryyn ,, Grrrrrrrrrr I'M NOT CRAZY! .... I had a real reason to be upset for a very long time and its quite common, generally a heart break will take 10 years to heal. As for my mania side I get very enthusiastic talking about things I study & and are interested in, its just my personality I'm not boring, but I can be. Until someone can show me physical evidence I will not except the label. I'm not denying my heart was broken or that I'm excitable. I bet you have legit reasons too.

@Php48 Having a phase of "denial" is common. You will get there eventually and denial becomes acceptance.
-
@LaLune44 People who don't understand usually denies and dismiss the facts...Or they are in denial because either they suspect they have bipolar themselves or someone in their family has bipolar.

i unfortunately have bipolar disorder.. :/

The label is useless.
I thought I was bipolar recently. This mental condition comes from suffering and not doing anything about it. Or trying to do something about it, and miserably failing. At some point you become elated and all the pain rises to the surface.
That's when you have to deal with the problems. Not medicate them. In some cases, medication is necessary.

@dihle12 how would you suggest I wake up? Pretend I am not sick? That is something I tried before and you know what it got me in a lot of trouble. It is very real and it does run in my family. So how do I do this "Wake up" thing you are suggesting?
