  • Salmon is sooo high in protein and so good for you! And cottage cheese. Both are high protein, low/no fat. Also, fruits an veggies, don't eliminate carbs completely.

  • Innergoth333 is right: if you binge early in the day, DO NOT give up on the day. Start fresh instantly.

    Keep busy. Make a list of things you want to get done for the day so that it takes your mind off of weight and food.

    Take care of yourself. Put on clean clothes each morning (don't stay in PJs). Shower everyday. Brush your teeth, etc... You tend to make better choices if when you feel and look your best.

    Those are some things that have helped me!

  • Tips on not bingeing. This is going to sound weird, but try not to have a goal that you are constantly beating your self up over. For example, if you binge don't say to hell with the day and continue. Just say" F*** it, so i messed up? It doesn't matter because I recognize what I did and I can't change the past"

    I know how you feel. I am trying to get to my goal weight by the end of the year, but this week I have been eating more sweets this week :( Damn pre period hunger!

    Congrats on the not purging! I have also been trying to stop that vicious cycle. I think I have only purged once in the new year so that DEFINITELY shows improvement since last year.
