Darksiders II erzählt die epische Geschichte von TOD, dem gefürchtetsten Reiter der Apokalypse!

Entschlossen zieht er am Jüngsten Tag aus, um die Menschheit und nicht zuletzt auch den Namen seines Bruders, KRIEG, von der Schande zu erretten, die auf beiden lastet. Auf seinem Weg muss TOD jedoch erkennen, dass im Verborgenen noch viel schrecklichere Dinge als die irdische Apokalypse lauern. Ein uralter Groll bedroht die gesamte Schöpfung - kann TOD zum Retter der Menschheit werden?

Das erste Darksiders wurde Anfang 2010 veröffentlicht und von zahlreichen Testern ausgezeichnet, u.a. mit dem Award "Best Fantasy Game 2010" von IGN.com. Es erzählte die Geschichte von KRIEG, einem der vier Reiter der Apokalypse, dem vorgeworfen wurde, die Apokalypse zu früh ausgelöst zu haben. Mit einer sehr viel größeren Spielwelt, vollständig aufrüstbaren Waffen und Rüstungen, weitläufigeren und noch herausfordernderen Dungeons sowie einer Vielzahl neuer Feinde und Boss-Gegner wird Darksiders II den Vorgänger in jedem Bereich übertreffen.

@BuzzBomb8 You're the idiot, since you're so fond of insults. Of the four horsemen, only the last is named. The other three riders are open to interpretation. The first is often believed to be Conquest, and is the one most commonly questioned. Then, in order (following the most commonly accepted interprets) comes War, Famine and then finally Death. Pestilence is not one of them, though some bibles do refer to plague rather than Death, so if anything it'd be Death that it replaces.

@101pipboy THQ is possible wanting to do that, because the first one was such a success, their hoping 2 is gonna make the same impact. -spoiler- it was rumored by THQ that they wanted to make it where Darksiders COULD be a 4 player co-op game ... but thats until further into the future.
