@gnarkillkicksass i can't find any article that says that, but whatever. Even if he is, it's not as much of a dick move as it seems. He is only suing for a little more than 25,000 (split between 4 major companies and 2 pilots). Even if that is a 6 way even split (which it won't be), its only 4,000 dollars. Thats like a car accident claim. But... Its up to the court to decide who's at fault, not barker. So if he just files against everyone, the court will figure out who's in the wrong

@buckeyeboyh5 Do some research mate - Aside from suing them he is suing (currently) the estates of Sarah Lemmon and James Bland, the pilots. Goldstein even went so far as to attempt to sue for their insurance payouts. The civil case is being contested on the families behalf by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and International Federation of Airline Pilots Associations. Don't let a few facts get in the way of your dream to suck your heroes dick though.

@gnarkillkicksass you're a dumbass. He's sued Bombardier Inc (who made the jet), Clay Lacy Aviation and Inter Travel And Services Inc. (the dealer who sold the jet to the owner), Global Exec Aviation (the company that owns the plane), and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (who made the defective tires). He didn't sue either one of the two pilots. Get your facts straight before you try to make someone look like an asshole
