spinnerbaits are the best lures, hands down... have caught pike, bass, walleye and muskie on them when nothing else works, pop on a spinner!

Same hold true for smallmouth. Smallmouth in weeds are an olive green but in the Wisconsin River they're often jet black.

@hpiguy Im not gonna make a big deal out of fish species but, I just know that most pikes are light with spots, and muskies are dark with stripes.
