Gabrielle: Ok. First, Todd is at home. And I'm "The Sun's" new fashion editor. Isn't that brilliant?

Gabrielle: I told you I'd get a job.
Bo: What, this is it?
Gabrielle: Well, I know "The Sun's" a rag, but, you know, desperate times call for desperate -- anyway, heh, a girl's got to take what a girl can get.
Bo: Mm-hmm. Why would Todd Manning hire you?
Gabrielle: Because I'm the best at what I do!
Bo: Oh. Which is what?
Gabrielle: Trendsetter. You know, spotting the latest styles before anyone else. Bo, in the business, do you know what they call me? A fashionista!
Bo: Mm-hmm. Well, you're also a felonista and a double-crosser.
Gabrielle: Bo, I'm hurt!
Bo: And you're no friend of Todd Manning's. Now, come on. What gives?
Gabrielle: Wait a minute. You told me to go out and get a job or get out of your house, and now that I've got one you give me the third degree as to how/why I did it.
Bo: I don't know what kind of little thing you got going with Manning, what kind of scheme you're cooking up or anything else, but get out of it, all right? Fast.

Gabrielle: Look, I assure you, I'm not involved in any schemes. I'm just trying to earn enough money to pay for Al's medical bills.
Bo: And that's it?
Gabrielle: Do you think I would work for a rat like Todd Manning if I didn't have to?
Bo: Well, Gabrielle, there are a lot of other jobs out there.
Gabrielle: None of which anybody is willing to give me. Besides, I'm a "felonista" and a "double-crosser."
Bo: All right. Touché.
Gabrielle: Look, none of these salaries that are out there would even put a dent into Al's medical bills.
Bo: Asa offered to pay for all of Al's bills.
Gabrielle: Over my dead body.
Bo: Hmm. Well, I guess now that you got this, ah, "job," I guess you'll be moving into your own place, then?
Gabrielle: Yeah, well -- you know, actually -- hmm -- to think about it -- well, if I had to start paying a big rent, then it would really put a dent into the money that I need... to put a dent in Al's medical bills.
Bo: Uh-huh.
Gabrielle: You -- you have been so nice to me -- the nicest person in this town since -- Bo, do you think you could possibly see clear to let me, uh, stay a little longer?
Bo: Hey, look, I'm not going to throw you out, ok? You're all alone.
Gabrielle: So I -- I can?
Bo: Yeah. Yeah, sure. You know, I wasn't asking all about this job just because I thought that you were up to something.
Gabrielle: No, no, no. But given my past, I mean, it's understandable that you would assume that.
Bo: But I understand. You want to pay all of Al's bills yourself.
Gabrielle: Thank you.
Bo: But getting mixed up with somebody like Manning --
Gabrielle: I'm just an employee.
Bo: Uh-huh. I hope so.
Gabrielle: Promise, promise.
Bo: See, you think you can handle anything, huh? Don't underestimate Manning.
Gabrielle: I really appreciate your concern. There's nothing to underestimate about Todd.
Bo: Yeah. After everything else you've been through, you know, I just don't want -- I don't want to see anything happen to you that -- that you wouldn't be able to handle.

Oh, oops. When I was reading the sidebar over there and Bo said "Well, you're also a felonista and a double-crosser", I read it wrong and thought he said cross dresser.
I need my eyes checked.
