I can get a great work out in just 10 minutes! By exercising on my ReboundAir rebounder, I have gotten a flat stomach with well defined abs. I have gotten rid of the Love Handles I had for years. My digestion is better and in general, I sleep better. I usually do my 10 minutes in the evening before dinner, but it can be done at any time of day or night. I have done it as early as 8AM and as late as 1AM.
The key is consistency. Do it EVERY day. If you can't squeeze in 10 minutes, do 5 minutes. It takes about thirty days of doing anything to make it a habit. Rebounding is a habit that will make you definitely make you more fit and healthy.
