everyone this is actually a publicity stunt for this canadian tv channel called scream tv. the last time this "ghost" was seen it held up a sign saying "get scared more often scream t.v." its just an image from a holographic projector. they found the address and tons of people went there to take a look and it got on the canadian news and stuff.

I always wonder why people, when they are shooting these videos, aim the camera towards the floor and zoom in. Then they swing it around fast to reveal a GHOST! That's what tells me it is fake.
