  • "energy" food that has guamara (sp?) is often over the legal health safty limits for caffiene since it isn't "technically" caffiene it slips through.

    However, bars that are high in carbohydrates, and calories are usually a good thing to have if you plan on doing a lot of working out all at once, like an entire day of snowboarding or skiing, if you are doing a marathon, or a really long run.
