  • Ah you don't rest your legs on the ground in updog.

  • you are hurting your spine! and calling it proper! and telling other people to do it too! By spreading your legs in up dog, you create a vortex of pressure on one vertebrae rather then arching the entire spine. And you are avoiding the tightness in your psoas which is the purpose of the pose in the first place. People stop posting ignorance!

  • I watched a number of Amy's videos, I always get the feeling she's holding back a laugh :)

  • This is not an upward facing dog and looks like a good way to injur your shoulders.
