U.S.S. Redemption (Star Trek)

First animated Scene in HD of my ship NCC-1987 U.S.S. Redemption. Took a little over 16 hours to render and about 30mins for Post Production using Sony Vegas 9. The Warp Effect, I'm still working on, so it was edited out at the end, cause I find its not ready yet.

Music from Star Trek: Music from the Motion Picture composed by Michael Giacchino, which incorporate the original series theme by Alexander Courage) and performed by the Hollywood Studio Symphony.

Beautiful, though I think you should texture the hull some to make it have the "Aztec paneling" look.

@A7XRules4life Yeah the original plan was to add the texture to it but I am the worse at doing textures and it just didn't seem to fit it at well but you can check out my latest video which shows the finished model.

Well, something missing... Maybe more shaders, or details, or detailed textures? :D Model look as too much simple in this way, and do not forgot to ad some movie grain.... Good scene anyway...

You are a very talented artist. But there's still too much jj-prise in the design. Although the proportions are closer to the original than the jj-prise was. Good work.

@MobiusOne86 The model is quite good. The previous commenter doesn't understand 3D modeling. What he was expecting is probably related to the material shader and texture, though it still looks great.

Oooh very pretty and sort of feminine looking.. but do not forget the ends of the nacelles please? all of that pretty detail on the underside but then just big empty lids on the ends - every thing else looks so nice!
