We played this song at my dad's funeral. Today is the anniversary of his death. When I hear this song, it makes me cry.
The lyrics are so powerful!

This songs breaks my heart everytime I hear it. It was played at my brothers memorial service when he died from Aids in '93. He thought God had turned his back on him because of his lifestyle. 2 days before he passed, a hospice chaplain helped him realize that the Lord loves us all, and my brother was forgiven. He was saved by the grace of God that day. He was terrified of death until then. But God was with him and died peacefully. I can only imagine how he felt as he entered Heaven that day.
