IDEMA 2000 - Officine Marchetti SpA - English Language

IDEMA 2000 is a multivalent machine able to work whether as a real contouring machine three interpolated axis or a true disc bridge saw with a controller table.
The configuration s change is quick and it does not request more than a few minutes. The special shape of the gantry frame, the only one CNC machine in the marble area, allows the machine to have very compact sizes and, in the meantime, it allows to take advantage of 635 mm stroke along the vertical axis ( Z ).
The height of IDEMA 2000 has an overall which measures less than 2870 mm!!! The total overall dimensions are 5800 x 5050 x 2870 mm and, in spite of this, 4000 x 3500 x 635 mm axis strokes are guaranteed.
To install the machine it is not necessary to build reinforced concrete walls and this avoids waste of investment in case of moving to a bigger site.
The machine is able to work whether with a 12 kW power spindle, with a ISO 40 cone which is able to reach 10000 RPM (a contouring configured machine) or with a spindle disc whose 50 mm diameter propeller shaft allows to install discs up to 800 mm diameter.
The spindle is powered by a 18,5 kW motor which is attached to a reducer (a machine configured as a bridge saw).
The spindle disc can be inclined at 90° degrees to allow the disc inclination. It is possible to have whether an automatic or manually inclination of the disc.
On the propeller shaft it is possible to install special tools for a big removal and in these conditions, by putting the propeller shaft vertically, the machine becomes a contouring machine which makes use of big dimensions tools.
The structure of the machine has been expressly devised to work with extreme conditions and to absorb working crashes eventually occurring during the processing.
IDEMA 2000 s X, Y, and Z axis are moved by precision re-circulating ball-screws and all the axis and rotating tables motors are based on brushless motors.
Motors, axis controls, inverter and numerical control all belong to a unique fibre- optics digital package and this allows the numerical control to check all the machines functions constantly and, besides, to permit a quick identification of eventual (but rare) anomalies too.
The machine runs prolonged and heavy programs. The worker interface is based on a worker push- button board, an alphanumerical keyboard and a touch screen monitor.
Input / Output data can be handled with a USB key or by connecting the machine to the office network with a digital cable. Through an Internet connection it is possible to carry out a telematic assistance directly from our offices.
IDEMA 2000 can be provided with: automatic tool change, vacuum pump, suction cups, over table, oleodynamic tilting table and much more.
