Eye-lash viper - Serpent - BBC Animals

BBC wildlife show 'Serpent' journeys to Costa Rica to learn more about the hunting techniques employed by the Eye-lash Viper. Using tiny spy cameras, Sir David Attenborough and the wildlife team are able to see close-up images of the snake during attack for the the first time and analyse the sophisiticated sensory techniques it employs before deploying its poison on any prey.

For all who hate venomous snakes - note that the hummingbird is dead WITHIN A MINUTE. Probably one of the quickest and most humane ways to die in the animal kingdom. Awesome snake.

@PuffSmelly it doesn't kill any more than any other predator. it only strikes to feed itself and defend itself. it is us who kill for joy. i have quite mixed feelings after reading your comment. i agree with you on the second part, but i don't agree with the first part.
