I made a ringtone for it and it seems that it doesn't work and the file is a "wav. file" plus it is less than 12 seconds, my ringtone is only 9 seconds but it gives me the pop-up saying "The sound file is in a format that is not supported by Skype."

I don't understand is it protected by some PCM file or something?
