Week 2 Max Effort Bench:

Max effort bench press training performed raw with an EO Board Vest loaded with 4 boards. A special thank you to "Niko" Hulslander of Vision Fitness and Garage Ink Powerlifting for his assistance with this training session. This was by-far the best bench press training session I have ever had! I set three PRs in this session!
