I am not sure when he talked about MJ's spending he talks of 'parties'...which parties? the reason he spent so much was because he had to maintain the lifestyle he had created i.e. animals needed vets, experts; the rides needed maintenance; the 3,000 acres of land needed attention and of course his travels and so on. I wouldn't sum up his expenditures as parties. There is too much mis-information about MJ to be making such summaries.
