Can you please change this videos title to Why rottweilers should have better owners. the tail is used mostly as a communication device... If the obvious has escaped you, I will tell you that your dog is saying "The guy with the camera is a fucking dick and wont play with me so I have to entertain myself."

this vid is a little ignorant, i hope you know that sometimes humans are born with tails... If a human is born with a tail, the tail gets amputated...i have docked rhotweilers tails for as long as i can remember, benifits??? Many ex... a 130 pound rhotweiler as a housepet with a huge tail wagging around knocking over lamps, tables, chairs, even whiping children in the face when they get really exited, its no big deal, i say dock the tail!! and if the dog gets too horny, cut off his balls too!!!

@silverproject i agree. i have a docked doberman ! and yes i have bred her, and yes i got the litter docked. i like the look. the dogs dont know any different. the way i see it. if your mum traps ur finger in a door at 2 days old would you remember it? no ofcourse not. so why not dock a tail if you choose to do so (and it is legal) i dnt see any problem with certain tyoes of dog being docked. it is the way it has been for years why change it.

@MrAks2001 good for him/her. i got a rottie with a docked tail and he's doing just fine. happiest dog ever. did i make the decision? no. the breeder does. and it's done at birth before nerves or bones are developed in the tail. i don't get why people think it's cruel when parents decide to circumsize their son. that in my opinion is worst.

NEUTERING is literally cutting off the dogs balls. so why aren't people against that? because there's a reason, just like tail docking. aaaaand hell doesn't exist. nor does heaven. have you been there? have you seen it? have you received a post card from either? no, be open minded

first of all, there's a reason why particular breeds have docked tails, dobermans, rotties, boxers, etc. if you don't own one, then you obviously don't know how much they express their energy and happiness given their size. that tail is like a whip. whipping you or a baby will hurt. whipping a table or furniture can hurt the dog. whipping lamps, vases, etc can cause shatters and injuries. tail docking is done at birth, they don't feel it.
