woah everyone has so many different explanations to what they think happened to her, all I can really say is, i think it was a murder and who, why and all that I don't know and it will remain a mystery but at least the truth is coming out or may come out one day and then she can rest in peace.

I think marilyn was murdered its too obvious. To me the Kennedys had nothing to do with marilyn's murder. I think the biggest motive to murder marilyn would have been the 12million insurance payout FOX got on marilyn's death as they were almost bankrupt at the time from CLEOPATRA. The Kennnedys may have done some sort of cover up as they felt they were being set up over marilyn's death.

And Doctor Greenson was liaison with 20th Century Fox - a paid employee, in other words. He told them he could control Marilyn. I think he had an inappropriate relationship with her, where she supposedly adored him - he was her Svengali and saw himself that way as he presented himself to Fox. But I think she saw through him before she died and wanted rid of him. So he wanted rid of her. Marilyn's death served two purposes.

@themermaids Yes and my own view is that Dr Greenson was with Fox in the plot to get the insurance payout so he did the job. Dr greenson also phoned FOX before he called the police. that would have shown up in the phone records. Marilyn sign's her new fox 2 movie deal contract and then 3 days later she is dead. they got her signature.Also they may have got the insurance money on the second film

@themermaids Dr Greeson also tried to divert attention onto the Kennedys by saying talk to Booby Kennedy to a reporter when just seconds before he said he cant say anything about marilyn's death. so why would he then do a big name drop like that if not to divert attention away from him and the studio.
