Before there was Sally, there was Cleo. By that I mean being one of the very few female toons in wearing next to nothing and having such a revealing design. When my younger sister first saw her in tv she complained to mother about Cleo being "naked". The cartoon also pushed censorship a bit. I remember Riff Raff peeering through a window one day and Cleo teasing him by posing sexy like and asking "you like what you see?" Dear Cleo, I LOVE what I see. :D
