Now is the time to invest in our sales force and in our management team so that when the marketplace turns around you can be ready to take advantage of it. You have to have the momentum going into the rebound so you can put some distance between your company and the competitors. Now is the time to invest in sales training. Here is the bottom line. Find something to do, add to your plan, something that you can do right now and begin to invest in your sales force. Send the message and get them ready to do the job.
