Michael Phelps freestyle multi angle camera

This is interesting, it looks like his left hand pulls front-quadrant (delayed) but not right hand. His right hand pulls a little earlier. If you look at Thorps, his both hands pull with equal timing i.e., front-quadrant strokes. Not sure if he is doing it just in this video and not in actual race!

It helps you get momentum, Plus dophin kick doesnt take much energy.

the speed his legs go at is incredible! i know how difficult it is to maintain that kind of speed for just 5 seconds but he goes on for ages! whilst stroking his arms! haha just an amazing talent!

i love swimming. i was member of a team & used to go to competitions but left it like 7 years ago or so, but i still go to the pool
