@mrbassguitar The bowls select opponents and as winners of their conference Uconn had to go to a BCS bowl. Ou had nothing to do with who they played.

The BCS really loves OU to match them with UCONN, a 7-5, unranked team. Had Oklahoma been playing a deserving opponent, such as Boise State, they would have lost and proved themselves as a mediocre team. They should be thanking the BCS for finally ending their losing BCS bowl streak, not congratulating each other
