yet regardless of your opinion on obama you must admit he campaigned to the idgit voter. "change" and "hope" with a big smile on his face but no talk about any real issues where someone might disagree with him.

If he had a website that had more information should hte intelligent seek it, that's all well and good, but his election still shows how strong the idgit vote is because of how he campaigned.

it's a different word with a slightly different meaning. It's also outdated more than southern i think. My grandparents say it but no one else i've met in alabama, louisiana, or florida does.

"Idgit" is the American spelling of an Irish slang term for idiot. I live in the south and I say it all the time, but I only know one or two other people who say it.
