When I was competing in the 70'sin LA, this jerk was putting on races in parking lots, alleys, wherever. They were dangerous, and I saw many injuries caused by his unsafe courses. After a few, I quit racing in any event he promoted. And his prize lists were sucky! Racing is dangerous enough without added hazards.
