Brian Ardinger talks about how Digital Signage can be made more interactive and engaging to consumers by utilizing mobile technologies. SMS texting allows the consumer to send a quick short code to a number can send the consumer back a message to their phone. Brian demonstrates how the Microsoft Tag, 3D-barcode, can actually make a call for the consumer. With Microsoft's Tag you can achieve several end results, place a call on the consumers phone, send the user to a webpage, display a message, or send contact information to them. With the Microsoft Tag you are also able to see analytics on when the tag was accessed and how many times.
