  • @sqion Korrekt ;P

  • you started to work out to teach your haters a lesson? muscle means nothing, ive seen a 5'1 girl take down a 6'8 250 pound male. your muscle does nothing, if anything makes you slower.

  • @MLGxDiGiTaLFear No that isnt the reason, I started to consolidate MIND and body. Im running 100metres in about 12secs, Im doin martial arts, also have stroke- and kickseasons in my homeworkout and I work out with Calisthenics.I dont think Im slow. ;)

  • @Arukarh why do you think they have weight classes in fighting? Because the big nigs have a huge advantage over the smaller ones. The muscle fibers you use while fighting are not the ones you use while lifting weights to get big. So if all your doing is weight training then yes you will be a big slow ass mutherr fucker. But if you train your fast twitch muslce fibers as well you can be very agile and big.

  • @GlitteryCupcakeBear It all depends on how your muscles grow. Take for example a taek wondo master versus a master boxer. A boxer has all of his power in his arms and chest, while the martial artist also has legs etc. trained. And instead of lifting bells, he trains with more agility in mind, making his muscles smaller, yet, in comparrison, just as powerful as the boxers. Less weight = more speed, period.

  • @Arukarh True, but doesn't more muscle also mean more power? Therefore, with the increased power and energy, you would be able to move the mass just as quickly.

  • @Arukarh U know Mike Tyson ? U really think mass slows down ? I know it doesnt.

  • @EntizedEdits Yes, yes it does.

Large muscle: More mass to carry, and more weight to swing around, meaning more travel time, ergo, more mass, more weight, less speed.

Small muscle: Less mass to carry, and less weight to swing around, meaning less travel time, ergo, less mass, less weight, more speed.

So yes, 'thick shit', more muscle DOES slow you down, ALOT.

  • I'm 6"3 and 180 lbs male with no real fighting experience whatsoever.

I lost my head a few years ago when a 6"2 250 lbs powerhouse decided that I was small enough around the torso to push around. He deflated like a balloon with one punch to the nose. I helped him up, brushed him off, clapped him on the shoulder, and asked him to have a drink with me.

Dennis is now one of my friends.

Point is: Being big and mean gets you zip, being small and friendly gets you big and mean friends.

  • blow me

  • @MLGxDiGiTaLFear Muscle doesn't make you slower thick shit :@

  • Crazy peak!!!
