MSM is a good one to use as well, I havent used it in a while but it does have results. Good ole Surfur 8 will do the trick or the powder lol

B6, B12, Biotin, Folic Acid, Niacin and
Pantothenic acid. I also read on a few sites that
Roiboos Tea (South African Red Tea) is beneficial to hair growth. Happy growing everyone and remember to retain that length.
