I'd have to say, using YouTube to advertise your business is not a bad idea at all, but the audio quality on this video is not so great. You also don't get out your address, contact information or city you're in.
I would recommend making at least more informative videos with data about the car that people wouldn't already know, that might draw them in - i.e. make your videos useful other than to try to get people to come in to buy one.
