@robertrscott we must adapt or die. I'm having the same conversation within my myself concerning my style of practice.

@HairofSteel555 In UFC, the fighters are expert and know all these moves. They counter each other moves, so it often takes much longer to "checkmate".

I like this better than UFC grappling. If they used these techniques it wouldn't be entertaining for the masses anymore cause fights would be over to quickly.

well done.Enjoyed watching it.seems simple, effective and for real
Many newbees will think you have to force these moves more then they need to be
when really it is more about being in the correct position and feeling and sensing the tension and balance points on the other person's body or skeleton or body structure for lack of better words
In order to be able to pull your right leg in front after O Soto Gari, you have to weaken your reap significantly. O Soto is best done with a big cut of the leg, and if you do it powerfully, you'll finish with the right leg nearly horizontal behind you. This would make pulling it back in front of you as you fall on uke quite difficult.

makes a little sense what your saying but you must be able to adapt your traditional way of doing things sometimes to work more effectively on the streets. This is more of a ju jitsu combat variation than a traditional judo osotogari.
