  • pretty damn cool...your jumps are pretty good too...most people when doing high rep burpee seem to stop jumping high or w explosiveness, ignoring the most important aspect of burpee

  • I can tell that you are not a Marine; probably not even a soldier, because if you were you know that we fight as a team and rely on each other to stay alive and carry out our missions. Of course we have some that are stronger and smarter and better then the others, but to say that 80% shouldn't even be there is somethat that would come from someone who never served or served with a unit that has very low morale and unit cohesion.

  • decent jumps but almost no knee bend. most of the rising effort is done by his back. bend the knees completely so that your backside comes down almost onto your heels then rise from there. It makes it 50 times harder

  • Congrats on the 100. U know for sure that that guy on the elipical did not get as good as a cardio workout than YOU.
