Seventeen years ago a refugee shelter was built in the northern Kenyan desert. Today it's the world's largest and oldest and it's growing. The Star's Michelle Shephard and Lucas Oleniuk traveled to Africa for this exclusive report.
Having lived in the camp for 18 years before i secured a scholarship to study in Canada...i feel pity for those who are still in these cages...and i have the dream of changing their lifes!
I am happy for you that you made it out of this hell-hole. I pray also for the others still trapped to do the same. Thanks to the uploader for this video- it touched me in many ways. Its so well told and done.
great narration, 17 years that is the place I called home. I know, I feel and I deeply relate to what you have just summed. I pray for all those who feel trapped there. I praise the Lord for giving me the opportunity to find my way out of there.
