This moron seems to be suffering from amnesia. He does not remember the news reports of floods in Ladakh and Leh(which are on the INDIAN side of the border). So India flooded its own people as well as Pakistan's? Also keep in mind that Leh is the Buddhist-majority part of Kashmir, if you're looking to play the 'India Kashmiri Muslim oppression' card.
