@levi6169 I know that...but I feel like today we're getting more and more things which are suposed to improve our life...they don't improve anything....I wish we had simple things in life like they had...all you had to have was a good company ...now it has to be drugs, alcohol, .... that's why I don't go out...kids were raised a lot better back then, they respected the elder, even though they were "rebellious"

I'm 20 years old. My dad was born in 1946, my mom in 1953, I was raised on this type of music! I wish I could find a girl who loved this music, but I know I will never....But to hell with it! I'll rock out till I die!!!!!!!!!

@shazmkenzy when the fuck hasn't it been??

@countrydude03 sure, blame the turmoil and disillusionment of mankind on God. Claim that country USA has it locked down, naive to say the least, stupid at best.
-
@RockerCroatia the world hass always been a shithole, popular history is selective and misleading.
-
@BattleVulture why so? the world is full of dribble, let's hear yours just for a laugh.

@countrydude03 us black people were treated like shit in the 50's
-
@countrydude03 you have to be white to ask a question like that! black people in 50s, life wasnt so easy!
This type of music just embarrasses most of today's artists.

@TravellerFellow I grew up listening to this music because both of my parents were teenagers in the 50's. If I had a time machine I think I would set it to like 1954 and stick around for a few years....I was a product of the 70's and spent my teen years in the 80's. I now have teenagers of my own and I cant believe how different it was from when I was a kid. My mom says the 50's were a very simple time. Just thought I would share.
