  • dont complain about the high price about the lenses and sensor..until you use it by yourself...

the higher the price...the better and sharp image you get...thats simple it is.

  • this is good camera...!!!

    - 10.0MP CMOS sensor (1/2.3") if youre on 28-300mm zoom lens (35mm format equivalent)

    - F3.5-5.6

    - Optical image stabilization

    - Macro closest focus range: 1cm

    - Shutter speed: Photos 1/2000-30sec, Movies 1/30-1/2000sec

    - Smooth Imagine engine IV

    - RAW mode (up to 5 frames/sec)

    and read this....

    - High speed shooting (up to 120 frames/sec)

  • sign..... these people commenting have never used a ricoh before?....

  • It's all just to make you buy theyr lenses and not use what every other camera could use

  • fail...

its a consumer camera so professionals and photo enthusiasts would never buy it...

other people in 95% situations shoot with auto settings... who needs a lens change? :S

its not even a consumer camera, because more or less, design sells cameras in that range... and this looks like a brick...

  • Great idea for small cameras!

  • All the SLR have everything that this camera have ...

Intrachangable lenses is not a news ! ...

So what the point ? price ?

  • pointless

    bad idea

  • I can see some serious problems with this, it's crushed by competitors, why not just get a camera that can do everything and has a wide variety of lenses.? I can't see this being cheap, specially having to by a whole new unit every time you want to shoot something in particular, rather that changing a few settings.

  • yeah probably too close to the cost of buying multiple cameras. and especially with larger sensors where the sensor is the bulk of the cost it becomes dubious.

kudos for the experiment though but probably wont take off
