  • my lower back suffers alot when i am training,i will give this a try. one question though,do you think slowing the movement down would give a better result?

  • Hi, I have seen people do these exercises a little blit slower, but if your back hurts I think it's best to consult your doctor before you try it out :-)

    Och nu undrar jag över "Reverse Hyper Extension", vad ska den vara bra för?
