...take a look at the canopy, the empennage and the engine cowling, the leading edge of the vertical stabilizer is more steep at the Yakolev. The La-7 had a more sleek design of the fin, The LA-7 didn't have a "bubble" type canopy and it's fuselage setup was more like the P-51B and the P-47 Razorback (non bubble type setup). AND The Yakolevs were bulit in some versions with the shvetsov radials. (Now I feel like the average annoying spammer but I just could not keep my mouth shut this time)

The engine is a Pratt & Whitney R-2000 14 cylinder. Sounds pretty darn wicked for a 14!

You know, it's a Romanian primer I think. I had the color matched by a local paint shop when I needed more during modification. Thanks for the nice comments.
