Gawd all you guys going high, Wish I could but my PB (did at a training session) is 42.3m with a 700 D: Will be happy with a 45 by the start of nexts years season

that's really good! My other friend on the top ten for my province threw about 40m when he was fifteen, so that's a good thing for u because if u can do it better than him that's awesome :)
