Here is a rare clip of a great band that played the first ever Dallas Blues Festival at the Cotton Bowl with Little Milton. There are many good stories on the road to becoming a true professional musician but we don't have the time to tell you all of them right now! Please watch and listen to the lead singer Greg Smith who now hosts a radio show in Dallas, the B-3 organ player Eric Scorch Scortia also based in Dallas Texas, and on bass is Eric Udel who incidentally replaced the legendary bass player Duck Dunn in the current Blues Brothers Band as Udel is also a regular with Booker T and The MGs. David Phelps on guitar now records, performs and lives in NYC. Dr. Jay Fort on sax earned a PHD in music, Johnny Caldwell on drums also is now based in NYC. Sorry the trumpet player is anonymous. As Greg Smith used to say-these white boys are bad!
