I dont think people realize the training phelps put in to go after something that wasnt even guranteed....and sorry but pot is not a performance enhancer..he was just stupid enough to get caught...he was tested before and after every single race at the olympic games...phelps was tested quite a bit..so no i dont think he was using some kind of steriod, there are some athletes out there that are just that good...get over it
