Here's a solution that will work if only they're followed:

Neuter those adults who are dependent on foreign aid.

Save the kids, neuter them as well.

Get all professional sports players making over $2 a year to donate half of their earnings to develop the area. If you follow this formula, I guarantee you within 15 years, their will be no more hunger.

This is terrible...I'm trying to feel bad for them really. But then remember how white people are being killed in South Africa especially farmers. And not just killed but tortured. I had family members that went threw it, because they are white. Then you see the black people happy about it (Not all of them but majority) and dance around waving boards with "Kill the boer, which actually means white". Yes, they are starving and this looks bad but this is self inflicted.

you can be born smart, but you're not born with knowledge. teaching them how to farm would be their best bet and not sending food. ever heard the saying: catch a man a fish, and feed him for a day...teach him how to fish and feed him for life?
